Overall

Your answers indicate you are mostly never, or only sometimes, feeling engaged, fulfilled and connected to yourself.

You probably feel stuck in a rut and unable to see a way out, you may also feel like you have no or little control in your future or day to day activities.

You are missing opportunities to develop your inner strengths and talents, building a growth mindset will help you see a way to step out of your “stuck” place and begin to shine a light on a brighter future.

Overall

Your answers suggest that there are some aspects working well in your self-motivation.

You probably plan activities and achieve some goals, but still find that you are not completing everything you wished you had.

You may be missing out on working on some of the more challenging aspects which could get you closer to your goals.

You should identify the gaps and work on the areas that give you the greatest challenge, ask yourself “do I already have the skills in this area, or do I need support?”

Create a consistent process for regular goal achievement.

Overall

Your answers suggest it is likely that you are high functioning and performing well in many aspects of your life.

It is likely that you understand your goals and they feel important which motivates you toward continuous improvement.

This is a great place to be, you should continue to identify new ways to keep improving your performance.

Congratulations, but don’t become complacent, continue to monitor and assess your challenges in each situation, you are likely to want to try new things, to take risks and learn from mistakes. It is critical that you continue to be challenged and appreciate the impact you are having on others around you by reaching out and inspiring others.

Begin a project which plays to your biggest strength and measure your success.

Complete an online strengths test to identify your personal strengths and look at them daily.

Do you look for and create opportunities to learn more?

Your answer was:

{Answer}

Do you set yourself challenging and achievable goals?

Your answer was:

{Answer}

Do you look for results even when you fail to achieve something?

Your answer was:

{Answer}

Your answers indicate a Fixed Mindset.

Having a Fixed Mindset, which is the opposite of a Growth Mindset, prevents you from learning new things or experiencing different experiences. Maybe you believe you have nothing more to learn or are just not interested in other things. However, if you open up the possibility of new experiences you will find a greater sense of achievement and also learn new ways of achieving your goals.

Our suggestions for improvement:

Watch or read about subjects you would not normally choose.

Join in discussions around topics you are unfamiliar with and just listen to other peoples’ points of view, without judgement or challenging them.

Start a new hobby, one that is completely different from anything you have done before.

Sign up for some on-line training on new topics and find connections to subjects you already have some knowledge of.

Join a small group or Master Mind group who will bring new information to the table and challenge your thinking.

Do you push forward or seek alternatives when barriers arise?

Your answer was:

{Answer}

Do you listen to your fear and do it anyway?

Your answer was:

{Answer}

Does your inner voice give you encouragement to challenge the norm?

Your answer was:

{Answer}

Your answers indicate a level of risk adverse behaviour.

This type of behaviour can prevent you from achieving your full potential.  In order to grow personally and professionally you have to experience some failures so you can learn what not to do, and why. Our Fight and Flight response which saves us from the danger of being killed is also preventing us from taking action.

Our suggestions for improvement:

Make a list of things you have been avoiding doing and set goals around taking action on those things.

Write down all the barriers you might encounter to achieve those goals and find a solution to them, so you know what action to take if or when the barrier stops you in your tracks.

Use meditation or deep breathing to reduce the stress responses you get when dealing with a new or challenging situation, that you would normally avoid.

Find a coach who will challenge your limiting beliefs and help you overcome the emotional response you have to them.
