For a standard fee of $500 we will spend 2-3 hours identifying the key issues in your team. We will conduct a full Training Needs Analysis through interviews and reviewing your business goals.

DELIVER
If you choose to go ahead with any of the recommended training options in the plan, we will work with you to find the most effective and suitable method and style of delivery. This could be anything from an hour virtual training to a full leadership development program or fun teambuilding events. The goal is to find a method that suits your teams and your availability.

We will follow up with a plan of recommended action. This will include a range of suggestions from formal training to ideas on day-to-day improvements that make a difference.

As part of our ongoing improvement goals, we will follow up on all development activities to help identify what went well, what was most effective in achieving your goals, and what still needs work. This course covers skills in all methods of communication, Verbal, and non-verbal. We focus on how to really listen before you can be understood. How questioning can help you get your message across and listening is done by using more than just your ears.
