It Clicks!

Continuing my development in Neuro-Linguistic Programing. NLP is about communication - awareness of unconscious thinking and strategies.

That's what I need to do to get what I want! Don't be too scared to take the next step in making it happen.

Focusing on giving will put you in a place of abundance. Then abundance is what you will get.

Nothing is supposed to last for ever therefore we must resign ourselves to making sure there is meaning at the end.

What role can I play? Where can I add value? Will this team allow me to work within my genius? Do I believe in the vision of this team?

It's about creating space for others to get to know and understand each other, then you can support each other when you need it most.

Embrace the opportunity to be in conflict with someone who can teach you something. Agree to disagree. Build relationships.

It's not what you know, in times of challenge, it's the community you build that's more important.

Be thankful for the failures that we can't forget? Those mistakes, faux pas, screw ups and disasters that we may have faced

How powerful is it that you can decide that only part of you is afraid and that the other part of you isn't?
